The Preserve at Ironhorse
Realtor Toolkit
Promote The Preserve
You may already know The Preserve—the course, the community, the easy pace of play. What’s easy to miss is where membership and homeownership meet: a buyer doesn’t need to live inside the Ironhorse gates to join, and living inside the gates doesn’t include a membership.
We’ve gathered specifics on questions buyers ask about most, from pricing to what the golf experience looks like, so you can speak to The Preserve with the same confidence we do.
Club and Community FAQs
No. Club membership and Ironhorse homeownership are entirely separate — a buyer can join The Preserve without living inside the gates, and a homeowner inside the gates isn't automatically a member. This mirrors what the club's own Real Estate page tells buyers directly, so you're never at odds with what they've already read. Many buyers ask this mid-showing, before they've called the club themselves.

No. The club doesn't endorse or recommend specific agents. Publicly, we’ll point buyers to any licensed Florida realtor experienced in the community. Your relationship with your buyer stays yours; our role starts and ends with the golf side of the conversation.
