Promote The Preserve

You may already know The Preserve—the course, the community, the easy pace of play. What’s easy to miss is where membership and homeownership meet: a buyer doesn’t need to live inside the Ironhorse gates to join, and living inside the gates doesn’t include a membership.

We’ve gathered specifics on questions buyers ask about most, from pricing to what the golf experience looks like, so you can speak to The Preserve with the same confidence we do.

Club and Community FAQs

Do buyers have to live in Ironhorse to join the club?

No. Club membership and Ironhorse homeownership are entirely separate — a buyer can join The Preserve without living inside the gates, and a homeowner inside the gates isn't automatically a member. This mirrors what the club's own Real Estate page tells buyers directly, so you're never at odds with what they've already read. Many buyers ask this mid-showing, before they've called the club themselves.

How many homes are in the community, and how large are they?

324 homes total, generally ranging from about 2,200 to over 5,200 square feet, in a mix of single-story and larger estate models — some on golf course or waterfront lots. Useful context for setting size and price expectations before a buyer even sees a listing.

What are the HOA fees for homes inside Ironhorse?

Monthly HOA dues typically run $310–$525, covering common area and grounds maintenance, the community pool, security, gated access, and trash/pest control. Each neighborhood has its own HOA structure. Rates current as of August 2026.

What membership tiers are available, and what does each include?

Full Golf includes unlimited golf and full club access. Sports Membership includes a set number of golf rounds plus full access to tennis, fitness, and pool. Social Membership includes dining, pool, and social events, with no golf. All three include family privileges.

What does it cost to join, and what's included in dues?
  • Full Golf: $100,000 initiation, $18,500 family dues ($16,500 single)
  • Sports: $10,000 initiation, $5,700 dues.
  • Social: $5,000 initiation, $3,500 dues.

No assessments at any level. Rates current as of August 2026.

How does the no-tee-time policy work?

Members play whenever they want, seven days a week. Rounds typically finish in 3.5 hours, rarely exceeding four, so the pace of play stays consistent.

Will the club steer my buyer to a different realtor?

No. The club doesn't endorse or recommend specific agents. Publicly, we’ll point buyers to any licensed Florida realtor experienced in the community. Your relationship with your buyer stays yours; our role starts and ends with the golf side of the conversation.
