Where Will You Live?
If you're exploring The Preserve at Ironhorse as a destination or seasonal club, you may also be thinking about where to live. Others drive in from Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, or elsewhere in Palm Beach County.

Club and Community:
How They Work Together
The Preserve at Ironhorse is both a private, golf-centered club and a residential community — but each operates independently. Here's what that means in practice.
The Club
The Preserve at Ironhorse Club operates as a private, golf-centered club. Membership is available to permanent residents and seasonal residents.
-
Living in the community does not require club membership
-
Club membership does not require living in the community
-
Many of our golf members reside nearby in Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, or other Palm Beach County communities
The Community
The Ironhorse residential community is managed separately, governed by individual neighborhood HOAs and the Ironhorse Property Owners Association. Property ownership, HOA fees, and community rules operate entirely apart from club operations.
-
HOA fees currently range from $310 to $525 per month depending on the home and neighborhood
-
Fees typically cover common area maintenance, grounds, security, gated access, trash removal, and community amenities
-
Real estate transactions are handled through licensed realtors familiar with the community
The community sits on the north end of West Palm Beach, directly bordering the 20,000-acre Grassy Waters Preserve—which gives the neighborhood its sense of seclusion while keeping you minutes from everything Palm Beach County offers.

The Rest of the Picture:
West Palm Beach
West Palm Beach has spent the last decade becoming one of Florida's most sought-after destinations—not just for retirees, but for executives, business owners, and anyone who's decided that quality of life is worth relocating for.
The draw is the combination of access — world-class golf, beaches that are swimmable year-round, dining that holds its own against any major city, and a pace of life that rewards showing up unhurried.
